Hi5 Productions values the safety and security of our guests and clientelle. We have implimented certain policies which protect your personal information when you send it to us or enter it on our website. Though many browsers may show that the Hi5 Productions official website, which is located at www.hi5productionsny.com, may not be secure, and any information entered can be stolen, our website cannot gain any access to your personal information. 

Collection and Use of Personal Information
Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person.
You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with Hi5 or an Hi5 affiliated company. Hi5 and its affiliates may share this personal information with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any queries you may have.

The personal information we collect allows us to keep you posted on Hi5's latest product announcements, software updates, and upcoming events. If you don’t want to be on our mailing list, you can opt out anytime by updating your preferences.

We also use personal information to help us create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve our products, services, content and advertising, and for loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes.
We may use your personal information, including date of birth, to verify identity, assist with identification of users, and to determine appropriate services. For example, we may use date of birth to determine the age of Hi5  account holders.

From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with Hi5, you may not opt out of receiving these communications.

We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve Hi5's  products, services, and customer communications.

If you enter into a sweepstake, contest, or similar promotion we may use the information you provide to administer those programs

You can always contact us by phone using the number listed at the footer of the website. When a privacy question or access/download request is received we have a dedicated team which triages the contacts and seeks to address the specific concern or query which you are seeking to raise. Where your issue may be more substantive in nature, more information may be sought from you. All such substantive contacts receive a response. If you are unsatisfied with the reply received, you may refer your complaint to the relevant regulator in your jurisdiction. If you ask us, we will endeavor to provide you with information about relevant complaint avenues which may be applicable to your circumstances. Hi5 may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our website along with the updated Privacy Policy.

For your safety
The most recent update to our Privacy Policy states that your information will not be sold under any circumstances to any third party entities, unless required by the New York State court of law. Hi5 Productions does not store any of your personal information in our system. This includes but is not limited to your email, name, date of birth, and especially any credit card information.You will NEVER be asked for your credit card or debit card information over the phone from Hi5, nor will you be asked over email, or on our website. If you are asked for any credit card information from the Hi5 website, or an alleged Hi5 phone call or email, hang up the phone call, do not respond to the email, and close your web browser. Please immediately call Hi5 Productions Customer Service to report the email address that you received, the phone number in which the call was made from or the website URL that this information was requested on. Most importantly, if you cannot call us, do not fall for phishing tricks.

As for our EU visitors 
While Hi5 Productions only services the Tri-State area at most, guests may visit our website while in the EU without quesiton. Our website can be accessed from anywhere in the world, even North Korea if you somehow find a way to get internet access there. As per GDPR regulation, users will now be permitted to opt-in to any advertisment information, rather than having to opt-out later on.
